His grab attack (teleport + bite) is an instant kill at low vigor — watch for the teleport
Stay at medium range; too far and he spams gravity projectiles, too close and he uses tail sweeps
When he teleports, look around immediately — he reappears near you
His meteor shower is telegraphed — sprint sideways to avoid
Rock Sling is ironic but effective: physical damage from a sorcery
