Bleed works well and Corpse Piler can interrupt her combo startups.
Why it works: Rellana's bleed resistance is moderate, allowing Corpse Piler to proc hemorrhage regularly. Aggressive use can interrupt her stance switches.

Physical damage with stagger potential to interrupt her long combo chains.
Why it works: Jump attacks during Rellana's recovery frames build toward a stagger. The poise break interrupts her most dangerous twin moon attack.
